Perfect 90˚  angles have dogged me for a long time.  I’ve spent a pretty penny on different clamps to get the job done but was never really happy with what I found.  Finally, I came up with a couple clamp designs that I like.  Both clamp designs are free, with plans.  Pick the one you like, and get into it!
